The spatial distribution pattern of Pealius mori larvae was investigated by aggregation index,Twao and Taylord methods to analyze the harm condition of P. mori larvae and to provide a reference for control of P. mori. Results: P. mori larvae present an aggregation distribution pattern under any density,which is caused by environmental factors and itself aggregate habits. The basic component of distribution is individual group and the larvae attract mutually among individuals. The theoretical and sequential sampling tables of P. mori larvae under different population density are established by determining the optimum theoretical sampling formula and sequential sampling
