农民用水合作组织发展的制约因素及对策研究——基于黑龙江省30家农民用水合作组织的实证分析

通过对黑龙江省30家农民用水合作组织的调查,运用因子分析和多元有序Logistic回归分析方法,实证分析了制约农民用水合作组织发展的因素。因子分析结果表明,制度因素、农户因素、物质资本因素、外部关系因素和人力资本因素对农民用水合作组织的发展起制约作用。通过多元有序Logistic回归分析得知,制度因素对农民用水合作组织的发展影响最为显著性,农户因素、物资资本因素及外部关系因素对农民用水合作组织的发展显著性也较强,而外部关系因素的显著性影响稍弱些。最后提出健全组织机构,多渠道吸纳资金,加强对农户的宣传、培训,加强政府的引导与监督,着重培养农民用水合作组织的专职人员等5项建议,以保障保障农民用水合...

Based on the survey of 30 farmers＇ water cooperation organizations in Heilongjiang province, the article used the factor analysis and orderly multivariate logistic regression analysis to analyze the factors restricting the development of farmers＇ water cooperation organization. The results showed that the institutional factors, farmers, material capital, external relations and human capital factors played a role in the development of cooperative organization. Through orderly multivariate logistic regression analysis, the institutional factors affecting the development of farmers＇ water cooperation organization most significantly; the effects of farmers, material capital and external relationship factors on the development of cooperation organization were also strong, while the external relations significantly affected slightly weaker.
