不同耕种作物下土壤挥发性成分SPME-GC/MS分析
为了测定不同耕种作物下土壤中的挥发性成分,采用固相微萃取气质联用仪(SPME-GC/MS)进行了分析,并用归一化法测定了其相对含量。从成熟期钩藤、半夏、玉米和小麦种植地的土壤中分别鉴定出71、69、59、53个组分,共有挥发性成分28种,主要成分为2,4-二甲基庚烷、4,5-二甲基壬烷、2,6-二甲基壬烷、柠檬烯、十二烷、4,6-二甲基-十二烷,其中半夏、玉米和小麦种植地土壤中的挥发性成分种类大致相同,但成分相对含量有差异。SPME-GC/MS分析方法具有操作简便、样品量小、灵敏度高和无溶剂的特点,适用于土壤挥发性成分的快速测定,是对土壤动态环境进行检测的一种有效方法。...

Abstract_FL | The volatile components in the soil of different crop cultivated land were analyzed by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS),and their relative contents were further determined by normalization method.A total of 71,69,59 and 53 components were identified separately from the soil of mature uncaria,pinellia,maize and wheat field,and 28 volatile components were found among them.These volatile components were mainly 2,4-dimethyl-heptane,4,5-dimethyl-nonane,2,6-dimethyl-nonane,limonene,dodecane,and 4,6-dimethyl-dodecane.The volatile components in the soil of pinellia,maize and wheat cultivated land were substantially the same,but their relative contents were different.SPME-GC/MS analysis method has the characteristics of simple operation,small sample size,high sensitivity and solvent-free use,and it is suitable for the rapid determination of soil volatile components and for the monitoring of soil dynamic environment. |
