以桉木屑为主料的秀珍菇栽培配方筛选
【目的】筛选以桉木屑为主料的秀珍菇栽培配方,为桉木屑无害化处理及资源化利用提供参考依据。【方法】以桉木屑50.0%、麦麸10.0%、石灰3.0%、石膏1.0%和过磷酸钙1.0%为基础培养基,分别添加35.0%棉籽壳、玉米芯、桑枝屑及甘蔗渣,设置4个秀珍菇出菇试验配方,进行菌丝生长情况、子实体产量、生物学效率和经济效益比较分析。【结果】添加桑枝屑的配方综合表现最理想,其生物学效率为72.5%、投产比为1∶1.96,可明显降低秀珍菇栽培原料成本,提高经济效益;添加棉籽壳的配方生物学效率达74.2%,但其成本过高,投产比仅1∶1.65;添加甘蔗渣的配方生物学效率较低,为65.3%,但其成本最低,投产...

Bibliography: | 45-1381/S [ Objective ]The optimal medium formula with eucalyptus sawdust as main material for cultivation of Pleuro- tus pulmonarius was screened, in order to provide theoretical basis for harmless treatment and recycling application of eu- calyptus sawdust. [Method]The mushroom experiment was conducted with four cultivation medium formulas of P. pulmonarius. 35% cotton seed hull, corncob, mulberry sawdust, bagasse were added into basal culture medium(50.0% eucalyptus saw- dust+10.0% wheat bran+3.0% lime+l.0% gypsum+l.0% superphosphate), respectively. During experiment period, the mycelial growth, sporocarp production, biological efficiency and economic benefits of different formulas were analyzed com- paratively. [Result]The results showed that, the cultivation medium supplemented with eucalyptus sawdust had the best comprehensive performance, and reduced material cost, enhanced economic benefits remarkably, with biological efficien- cy of 72.5%, and input-output ratio of 1:1.96.
