赤霉素与化学试剂提高羊草种子萌发率及活力的比较研究
内蒙古地区典型草原退化较为严重,羊草(Leymus chinensis)是我国北方草原区优势种之一,具有重要的经济价值和生态价值。然而,通常状况下羊草种子的萌发率与活力均较低,为此,本文用多种方法对羊草种子萌发条件与活力提高的方法进行了比较研究。结果表明:适当浓度的赤霉素与化学试剂处理可提高羊草种子的发芽率和种子活力。其中300 mg/L的赤霉素浸泡种子24 h后羊草种子发芽率最高可以达到57.8%,发芽势为34.43%,活力指数为48.66%,分别比对照增长57.6%,122%,134%;化学试剂质量分数为2%的KNO3浸泡羊草种子48 h,其发芽率可以达到54.43%,发芽势为30.00%...

Notes | Leymus chinensis; Germination; Gibberellin; Chemical reagent In recent decades,severe degradation and desertification were found in Inner Mongolia due to intense human activities. Leymus chinensis is one of the dominant species of our country which has important economic and ecological value. However,Leymus chinensis seed germination rate and vigor are low. This article used a variety of methods of seed germination conditions to compare their germination index.The results showed that appropriate concentration of gibberellin( GA3) and chemical reagent treatment could improve the germination rate and germination vigor. The concentration of 300 mg / L GA3 soaking seeds 24 h could make the germination rate up to 57. 8 %,the germinative power up to 34. 43 % and vigor index up to 48. 66 % respectively,which increased with 57. 6 %,122 % and 134 % compared with the CK treatment.
