In view of nonlinear, strong inertia and heavy delay questions of lithium battery constant current discharge system, a control system based on fuzzy was designed. System based on the single chip computer Mega128 as the master control chip, using PWM pulse width modulation technology to control lithium battery discharge current. The experimental results show that the system can quickly response current change, operation is stable and reliable. It can be widely used in all kinds of lithium battery production and capacity testing occasions.
