基于扫描电镜观察的云雾贡茶新变种的花粉形态特征
探明云雾贡茶新变种的分类地位,为选育遗传性状稳定的云雾贡茶栽培品种提供参考,以6份云雾贡茶新变种、2份大茶树(CK)和1份福鼎大白茶(CK)为材料,利用扫描电镜观察其花粉的形态特征.结果表明:①9份茶树均为单粒花粉,极面观察均为三裂圆形,萌发孔均为3孔沟型,外壁纹饰均为穴网状;其中,6份云雾贡茶的外壁纹饰均较光滑,萌发孔孔沟较窄、内孔轮廓不明显,总体表现出野生原始小乔木型或灌木型茶树的花粉形态特征;2份大茶树的外壁纹饰最光滑,萌发孔均为沟形,内孔为梭形,内孔在赤道部位突起,使萌发孔沟几乎断裂成两个半沟,具乔木进化类型的花粉形态特征;福鼎大白茶表现出典型的人工栽培灌木类型茶树花粉的形态特征.②2...

Notes | In order to confirm the taxonomic status of a new variant C.sinensis var.niaowangensis,the comparisons of pollen morphology for 9 samples (6 C.sinensis var.niaowangenis,1 Doupengshan Camellia,1 Jiangbi Camellia,and 1 Fuding Camellia) were observed under SEM.The results showed that:firstly,the main characteristic of pollen morphology of 9 samples belonged to tribute tea C.sinensis with single pollen grain,3-lobed sub-spheroidal in polar view,and reticulate pollen exine sculpture.Secondly,the characteristic of pollen morphology for 6 C.sinensis vat.niaowangensis belonged to wild original shrub or arbor,2 Camellia samples in Doupengshan and Jiangbi with arbor evolution characteristic,and Fuding Camellia with cultivar shrob evolution characteristic.Pollen polar axis length of 6 Yunwu C.sinensis var.niaowangensis was 50.23 to 52.41 micron,exceeded the scope of 50 micron,followed by 2 Camellia samples in Doupengshan and Jiangbi with length of 42.29 to 44.44 micron,and the other Fuding Camellia with length of 45.89 |
