7个秀珍菇型高温平菇菌株比较试验
【目的】筛选适合南宁地区栽培的优质秀珍菇型高温平菇菌株,以期为食用菌生产提供优质种源和技术支持。【方法】以南宁地区主栽品种黑侧五为对照,对保存及引进的7个秀珍菇型高温平菇菌株进行比较试验,观察比较各菌株菌丝的生长情况、原基形成时间、子实体形态、转潮时间、生物学效率等。【结果】各菌株均能正常发菌、出菇,但各有差异。参试菌株中菌丝生长速度以基因2005最快,达9.14mm/d,夏丰一号次之,为9.07mm/d;菇体除白侧五为灰白色,菌柄短,菌盖易碎外,其他菌株菌盖均为灰至深灰色,菌柄为白色,菇形好且紧凑,出菇整齐,光泽好;各参试菌株原基形成时间为27-30d,以平菇P54和白侧五最短,接种后27d...

[Method]Seven cultivars of Pleu- rotus geesteranus-style Pleuotus ostreatu including the main planting variety Heicewu were used to compare their mycelia growth status, time of primordium formation, sporocarp morphological characteristics, transition duration, and biological efficiency. [ Result ] In spite of some differences, hyphae could germinate in every variety. Mycelia in Gene 2005 grew fastest (9.14 mm/d), followed by Xiafeng 1 (9.07 mm/d).
