应用生物肥皂防治5种花卉蚜虫的毒力测定

为测试3种物理杀虫剂(2种生物肥皂和1种藻酸丙二醇酯制剂)对5种常见花卉蚜虫的室内药效,利用玻片浸渍法进行了两种盐析方法制作的钾皂和市售的0.12%藻酸丙二醇酯制剂防治石榴棉蚜、月季长管蚜、苜蓿蚜、红花指管蚜和桃粉蚜的室内毒力测定.结果表明,2种生物肥皂制剂对5种蚜虫24h的LD50取值范围为0.012%~0.281%,平均致死中浓度约0.3%.生物肥皂药肥兼用,生产与制作简单,在蚜虫无公害治理方面方面有很好的实用价值....

In order to study the toxicity of three kinds of physical toxicant, the insecticidal soaps by two processes and propylene glycol alginate (PGA), to 5 species horticultural aphids, the indoor virulence bioassay of the insecticidal soaps by two salt-out methods and the commercial 0.12% PGA was carried out to Aphis gossypii, Macrosiphum rosirvorum, Aphis Craccivora, Uroleucon gobonis and Hyalopterus arundimis with the method of slide maceration. The results showed that the LD50 values of two kinds of insecticidal soaps were 0.012% to 0.281% in 24 h, and the average LC~o values of this kind of insecticide was 0.3%. In conclution, the insecticidal soaps, as both pesticides and fertilizer, could be produced simply, and has the high value on IPM of aphids.
