芍药不同品种1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶活性差异研究

For broadening ideas of selecting Paeonia lactiflora cultivars from filed into greenhouses,the relationship between ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(Rubisco) activities and maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax) and carboxylation efficiency(CE) were studied.Three cultivars 'Dafugui','Taohuafeixue'-high cut flower yielding cultivars and 'Duoyezi'-low yielding cultivar in greenhouse were chosen as materials.The Rubisco activity,dynamic change and the relationship with change of Pnmax and CE were compared from squaring to post-flowering period in field environment.The results showed that Rubisco activities of leaf from different cultivars were significant differences from squaring to flowering period,but no differences after flowering
