叶幕微气候对酿酒葡萄品质影响研究进展
光照、温度、湿度、通风是主要的叶幕微气候因素,光热微气候影响着酿酒葡萄品质的优劣,与葡萄酒的品质也具有一定的相关性,而不同整形方式对叶幕微气候的调整有决定性作用.贺兰山东麓产区在葡萄转色期至成熟期的光热资源丰富、降雨量少、蒸发量大,不仅有利于提高浆果的品质,同时有助于酚类物质和芳香物质的形成与积累.通过研究叶幕微气候对酿酒葡萄品质的影响,以期为筛选出适宜于宁夏贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产区具有特色的整形种植模式提供理论依据,使其便于机械化作业和标准化管理,有利于实现葡萄园优质、稳产、绿色、高效的可持续栽培目的....

Photo-thermal microelimate has effect on the quality of wine-grapes, also has some relevance to wine quality. However, training systems have a crucial effect on the adjustment of canopy mieroclimate. The producing area in the east of Helan Moutain has the favorable natural conditions of short rainfall, ample sunshine and large evaporation during veraison and maturity, which is conductive to berry quality and the formation and accumulation of phenolics and aromatic materials.
