The major factors of canopy microclimate are light, temperature, humidity and ventilation. Photo-thermal microelimate has effect on the quality of wine-grapes, also has some relevance to wine quality. However, training systems have a crucial effect on the adjustment of canopy mieroclimate. The producing area in the east of Helan Moutain has the favorable natural conditions of short rainfall, ample sunshine and large evaporation during veraison and maturity, which is conductive to berry quality and the formation and accumulation of phenolics and aromatic materials. The research on the impacts of canopy microelimate on the quality of wine-grape is to provide theory basis for the selection of the distinctive planting pattern--training systems, which is suited for the wine-grape production areas in the east of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which makes it easier to mechanized operations and standardization management as well as helpful to realize the goal of sustainab
