光合细菌对降香黄檀幼苗的生长效应研究

为探讨光合细菌在降香黄檀苗木培育中的应用前景,比较研究了复合肥及光合细菌的两种浓度和两种施用方法对降香黄檀生长及生理特性的影响.结果表明,光合细菌能显著促进降香黄檀的生长和增加其生物量的积累,效果优于常规复合肥,且效力具有持续性.光合细菌能够提高降香黄檀叶片SOD的活性和增加其叶绿素的含量.光合细菌在降香黄檀上的使用以根施的效果显著优于喷施,以稀释50倍的浓度较佳.光合细菌作为一种生物肥料,不仅能促进苗木生长,还能改善土壤条件,在降香黄檀的苗木培育上具有较高的应用价值....

In order to explore the application prospect of photosynthetic bacteria on the cultivation of Dalbergia odorifera, the effects of commercial compound fertilizer and photosynthetic bacteria of two concentrations by two used methods on D. odorifera were studied. The results showed that photosynthetic bacteria could significantly promote the seedling growth and increase the biomass accumulation of D. odorifera. By comparison with the commercial compound fertilizer, its effect was higher and sustainable for longer period.
