Biological and genetic Engineering developed rapidly and resulted in the emergence of Synthetic Biology. A database of synthetic biology,which aims at constructing expression vector,was introduced in this paper. By using MYSQL database management system( DBMS),the Synthetic Biology database of gene_bank were queried. The sequences of multiple clone sites( MCS) were analyzed.
