贵阳市百花湖桃花水母的外部形态及运动特征

Craspedacusta; external morphology; movement characterwastics
Craspedacustas were collected from Lake Baihua of Guiyang city on November 2,2010.The results showed that gonads were slightly yellowwash green and pocket-like;the tentacles were divided into three orders and perradial tentacles were longer than others.The number of tentacles was between 228 and 311 and the average was 276±29;the umbrella of Craspedacusta was between 21.21mm to 23.32mm and the average was 22.48±0.92mm.The major mode motion of Craspedacusta was longitudinal movement,which forward by using contraction drainage and recoil;death Craspedacusta,sinking to the bottom,fold the body,and tentacles were obviously reduced.
