云南茶树资源儿茶素和没食子酸的差异性分析

以勐海国家种质茶树资源圃中的121个云南茶树资源为材料,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定茶叶中的没食子酸(GA)、儿茶素(C)、表儿茶素(EC)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、表没食子酸儿茶素(EGC)及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量。结果表明,GA含量变幅为0.210%~1.902%,平均0.834%,在茶树中含量较低。C含量变幅为0.069%~8.865%,平均1.916%;EC含量变幅为0.126%~2.865%,平均1.112%;EGC含量变幅为0.00%~3.709%,平均0.954%;ECG的含量变幅为0.739%~8.957%,平均4.063%;EGCG含量变幅为0...

Summary:以勐海国家种质茶树资源圃中的121个云南茶树资源为材料,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定茶叶中的没食子酸(GA)、儿茶素(C)、表儿茶素(EC)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、表没食子酸儿茶素(EGC)及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量。结果表明,GA含量变幅为0.210%~1.902%,平均0.834%,在茶树中含量较低。C含量变幅为0.069%~8.865%,平均1.916%;EC含量变幅为0.126%~2.865%,平均1.112%;EGC含量变幅为0.00%~3.709%,平均0.954%;ECG的含量变幅为0.739%~8.957%,平均4.063%;EGCG含量变幅为0.819%~11.77%,平均5.939%;儿茶素总量含量为6.354%~22.654%,平均14.042%。资源间儿茶素差异较大,说明云南茶树资源具有丰富的生物多样性。同时,筛选出3份高EGCG含量(≥10%)的特异茶树资源,为高EGCG茶树品种选育提供了重要材料。

By using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the gallic acid (GA), eatechins ( C ), epicateehin ( EC ), epigalloeat-echin(EGC) , epicatechin gallate (ECG) and epitllocatechin gallate (EGCG) contents of 121 tea germplasms farom the China National C, ermplasm Tea Repositories (CNGTR) at the Tea Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences (TRIYAAS) were meas- ured.
