Molecular biological techniques has recently become a hotspot in biology. It is applied to do some biological vectors research, provides measurement index for classification and identification of biological vectors, creates more accurate positioning of relationship of taxonomy and ecolutionary. This paper introduced the new advance in application of molecular biological techniques in biological vectors research, to promote the development and utilization of arbovirus resources and provide evidence for the mechanism of biological vectors transmitted diseases.
