利用变异系数法和欧式距离值法分析四川省小麦区试试点分辨力
为了比较目前四川省小麦区试试点对参试品系的区辨力,本文利用2010~2011年四川小麦区试5个组共计60个参试品系的数据,采用变异系数法和欧式距离法对8个试点的区辨力进行比较分析。研究表明,变异系数法与欧式距离值法整体趋势一致,四川省小麦区试试点分辨力大小顺序是:绵阳〉射洪〉资中或内江〉乐山〉宜宾〉双流〉南充。笔者认为,欧式距离值侧重于基因型与环境互作效应,相对较为准确。...
