B-298对番茄黑斑病菌和叶霉病菌的抑菌效力研究

将B-298菌株代谢产物与多菌灵、百菌清、大生M-45等3种化学药剂,在室内分别对番茄黑斑病和番茄叶霉病两种病原菌进行抑菌实验。结果表明:不同稀释倍数B-298代谢产物和大生M-45对两种病原菌都有较强的抑菌作用。B-298代谢产物低倍稀释液对番茄黑斑菌的抑制效果与大生M-45抑菌效果相当,抑菌率最高达89.4%,优于百菌清和多菌灵;B-298代谢产物低倍稀释液对番茄叶霉菌的抑制效果,与大生M-45和百菌清相当,抑菌率最高达90.5%,优于多菌灵。...

The experiments were conducted to compare the inhibition effects between different dilutions of mutant bacteria B-298 metabolite and three fungicides(Carbendazol,Chlorothalonil and Dithane M-45) against tomato nail head spot and leaf mould in lab.Results showed that all dilutions of B-298 metabolite and Dithane M-45 were effective on the two tomato pathogens.Inhibition effect on Alternaria tomato(CKe.)Weber of B-298 metabolite low multiple dilute was similar to Dithane M-45,which was better than Chlorothalonil and Carbendazol.Its highest inhibition rate reached 89.4 %.The inhibition effect on Cladosporium fulvum Cooke of B-298 metabolite low multiple dilute was the same efficacy as Dithane M-45 and Chlorothalonil,and the highest inhibition rate was 90.5 %,which was better than Carbendazol.
