F500、Opera对甜玉米生理生化指标及产量的影响
为探讨新型杀菌剂F500、Opera对甜玉米叶斑病的生理特性影响,以甜玉米品种农甜88、华珍、库普拉为试材,在甜玉米9叶期进行叶面喷施,研究了其对甜玉米生理生化指标的变化。用F500和Opera喷施处理后发现,3个甜玉米品种的穗位叶的相对叶绿素含量、叶面积指数和净光合速率较对照均显著增加,净光合速率分别比对照增加了1.16、0.21、2.56μmol/m2.s;SOD和POD活性未发生明显变化,CAT活性显著增加,提高1.33倍;鲜苞产量显著增加,提高1.10倍。说明F500和Opera喷施处理能显著影响甜玉米的生理特性、提高叶绿素含量、增加叶面积、增强穗位叶的光合能力、增强抗逆性,提高了鲜苞...
