5个籼型不育系和5个新恢复系的品质性状配合力及遗传力分析

以5个不育系和5个恢复系为亲本,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计,对水稻12个品质性状配合力和遗传力分析.结果表明:①大部分品质性状的一般配合力方差极显著,说明主要受基因加性效应作用.②除了糙米率和碱消值级以外,其他10个品质性状受不育系影响较大.③各品质性状狭义遗传力顺序为:粒长>粒长宽比>胶稠度>垩白粒率>垩白度>精米率>碱消值级>整精米率>糙米率>透明度级>水分>直链淀粉.④在对亲本主要品质性状的综合评价上供试的不育系以川345A、川106A最好,恢复系以HR13、HR19最好....

The combining abillity and heritability analysis for 12 quality traits was studied with 5 new male sterile lines and 5 new restorer lines by way of incomplete diallde cross design.The results showed that (i)The variance of general combining ability of most quality traits was significant and determined by gene additive effect.(ii) The other ten quality traits were mainly affected by sterile line,except brown rice rate and alkali spreading value.(iii) The nanow heritability of the traits were listed out from big to small as follows:grain length > length / width ratio > gel consistency > chalky rice rate > chalkiness degree >milled rice ratio > alkali spreading value > head rice rate > brown rice rate > The transparency level > moisture content > amylose content.(iv) Based on the GCA effect and SCA variances
