基于SolidWorks的菠萝茎叶粉碎还田机的虚拟设计及仿真

随着计算机辅助设计技术的发展,SolidWorks等三维设计软件已广泛应用到农业机械设计当中.基于降低菠萝茎叶粉碎还田作业劳动强度,降低作业成本的原则,针对目前菠萝茎叶粉碎还田机需2次作业才能达到农艺要求、粉碎效率低,作业成本高的问题,结合菠萝茎叶粉碎难点,运用参数化造型软件SolidWorks对菠萝茎叶还田机进行参数化造型,设计出新型的双轴式菠萝茎叶粉碎还田机,并对虚拟样机关键零部件进行运动仿真及模态分析,理论上确保了样机结构的可靠性及工作的合理性,并为该类型农机具的设计及初步优化提供参考....

With the development of CAD technology, SolidWorks and other three-dimensional design software have been widely used for designing agricultural machinery. In this article, based on principle of reducing operating costs and labor intensity of chopping pineapple stems and leaves, a new type of two-axis field pineapple stem-leaf chopper was designed using SolidWorks, aiming at the problem of current low efficiency equipments working two times to achieve agronomic targets.
