静止无功补偿器的神经元变结构 PID 控制策略

针对静止无功补偿器传统PID电压调节器在动态调节过程中存在快速性与平稳性矛盾的问题,提出了一种基于神经元整定变结构PID的静止无功补偿器电压控制策略。该控制策略用一个神经元控制器实现变结构PID控制,同时用另一个神经元控制器实时调整变结构PID控制器的参数。仿真结果表明,该控制策略能有效加快控制系统的响应速度,实现了SVC灵活快速的电压调节功能,最终维持了系统电压的稳定,控制系统具有较好的动态和静态稳定性。...

Abstract_FL In view of contradiction between rapidity and stationarity existed in dynamic regulation process of conven-tional PID voltage regulator of SVC, a voltage control scheme of SVC based on neuron variable structural PID is pro-posed.In this control scheme, the first neuron controller is used to achieve variable structural PID control, and the second neuron controller is used to tune the parameters of PID controller.The simulation results demonstrate that the control scheme can effectively increase response speed of control system, and achieve the flexible voltage regulation function of SVC to maintain the stability of voltage in power system.In addition, the SVC control system has the better static and dynamic performance.
