航空静电喷雾装置的改进及效果试验

Aerial electrostatic nozzle structure and performance are the main factors of aerial electrostatic spraying effect. Aimed at aerial electrostatic single-nozzle applied in the light plane, electrostatic electrode, nozzle material, nozzle processing technology, high-voltage wires and electrode connection, rotating screw joints, overflow valve body and so on were improved and redesigned. The theory and experiment of the nozzle’s atomization charged mechanism and performance were studied. The comparative test of pine caterpillars control had been carried out on the improved electrostatic nozzle mounted on the light bee plane with the original electrostatic nozzle and the traditional fan nozzle.
