氮素营养对茶树组培苗生长影响研究

本试验筛选了茶树诱导培养基及继代培养激素条件,并研究了不同氮素浓度总量及不同氮源比例对茶树组培苗生长的影响.结果表明,初代诱导培养基中诱导出芽快慢依次是B5> WPM> MS.培养基MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1 mg/L IBA+ 0.2 mg/LGA3较适宜茶树继代苗的增殖及生长.茶树组培苗继代培养时,培养基中NH4NO3含量在1.24 g/L时茶树组培苗生长最好;而以MS为基本培养基,在n(NH4+-N)∶ n(NO3--N)=30∶30较适于茶树组培苗继代生长....

Notes In this paper,the induction medium and subculture hormone condition had been screened; also the effects of different concentrations of total nitrogen and proportion of different nitrogen sources on the growth of tea plantlets had been studied.The result showed that,First generation of budding induction medium speed induction followed B5 > WPM > MS.The Medium MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L IBA +0.2 mg/LGA3 were suitable for tea subculture plantlets' proliferation and growth.During tea plantlet subculture,the tea plantlets grow best in the condition which the medium contain NH4NO3 1.24 g/L,and as MS the basic medium,when n(NH4+-N)∶ n(NO3--N) =30∶30 was more suitable for tea subculture plantlets' proliferation and growth than others.
