双向电泳分析普洱茶对小鼠肝脏MUP-1蛋白表达的影响

本文采用双向电泳技术,鉴定昆明鼠在饮用普洱茶后肝脏蛋白质组变化.结果表明,采用pH3~10胶条未达到理想的分离效果,在采用窄范围pH4~7胶条电泳后得到16个差异蛋白,其中15个蛋白经质谱鉴定得到蛋白的信息,主要尿蛋白(Major urinary protein,MUP-1)表达显著上调,该蛋白可以作为能量代谢的生物标志物,并在近年来被证明具有调节代谢的作用.饮用普洱茶后小鼠肝脏中MUP-1上调,说明普洱茶在小鼠糖代谢中具有促进作用,这些结果从另一个角度解释过去研究中普洱茶保健作用的机理....

In this paper,2D-Electrophoresis was employed to analyze the differential expression of mouse liver proteome.The result showed that slight difference was detected with 3-10 strips,sixteen difference expression proteins were detected with pH 4-7 strips,and 15 protein ID were verified with ESI-MS-MS succeesfully,of which major urinary protein(MUP-1) was one of up regulated protein,which served as the biomarker of energy metabolism,testifying the regulating role of metabolism in recent years
