广西贫困县农民收入现状及可持续增长路径分析

【目的】分析广西贫困县农民收入现状及农民收入可持续增长的制约因素,探讨促进广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长的路径。【方法】通过大量文献查阅和数据收集,系统分析广西贫困县农民收入水平、农民人均纯收入构成及其变动趋势,并选择典型县份进行深度分析,归纳广西贫困县农民收入增长的基本特点,分析农民收入可持续增长的制约因素,提出实现广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长的现实路径。【结果】虽然从整体上看广西贫困县农民纯收入增长速度高于广西平均水平,但从对典型县份的分析来看,仍有一些贫困县农民人均纯收入增长速度低于其所在区域的平均增长速度,从而导致贫困县与其所在区域农民收入差距不断扩大。不同类型贫困县农民纯收入水平及构成...

Summary:【目的】分析广西贫困县农民收入现状及农民收入可持续增长的制约因素,探讨促进广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长的路径。【方法】通过大量文献查阅和数据收集,系统分析广西贫困县农民收入水平、农民人均纯收入构成及其变动趋势,并选择典型县份进行深度分析,归纳广西贫困县农民收入增长的基本特点,分析农民收入可持续增长的制约因素,提出实现广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长的现实路径。【结果】虽然从整体上看广西贫困县农民纯收入增长速度高于广西平均水平,但从对典型县份的分析来看,仍有一些贫困县农民人均纯收入增长速度低于其所在区域的平均增长速度,从而导致贫困县与其所在区域农民收入差距不断扩大。不同类型贫困县农民纯收入水平及构成表现出较大差异。广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长的主要制约因素为贫困县集中连片分布、少数民族比重大、广西财政实力弱等。【建议】应加快发展特色优势农业产业,提高农民家庭经营收入;稳步促进农民非农产业就业,为农民工资性收入可持续增长提供保障;建立健全产权制度,大幅提升农民财产性收入;强化惠农富农政策支持,增加农民转移性收入;明确责任,完善农民收入可持续增长保障措施,以实现广西贫困县农民收入可持续增长。

Objective]The current status of farmers＇ income in poor counties in Guangxi was analyzed in this paper in or- der to discuss the path for sustainably increasing the farmers＇ income in these poor counties. [MethodlThrough a large number of documents and data, the famers＇ income level, composition of per capita net income of farmers and their variation trend were analyzed systematically.
