栽培措施对文心兰南茜成苗生长的影响

为研究不同处理对文心兰切花品种南茜(Onc.GowerRamsey)新芽萌发和生长能力的影响,以2年生组培苗为试验材料,进行了不同光照条件、不同补光时间、控水、延迟夜间低温、不同激素处理和不同施肥措施等设施栽培试验。结果表明:在棚内自然变温(5~35℃)条件下,光照、施肥和激素处理能明显影响文心兰新芽萌发和生长;施肥方法、氮磷钾比例和激素种类对花芽萌发和花梗伸长生长影响较大。在花芽分化前期(5~6月)提高钾肥的比例,能使花芽萌发率较对照处理(施用均肥)提高1~2倍,对盛花期无影响;在8-9月喷施20-30mg/LGA3,能使花芽萌发率较对照处理提高1-3倍,盛花期集中在11-12月,较对照推迟...

The florescence of Onc. Gower Ramsey was concentrated mainly between November and December. In order to enter the market during the Spring Festival in Guiyang, the two years old tissue culture seedlings of Onc. Gower Ramsey were used as experiment materials which treated with different illumination, different supplementary illumination time, water control, low temperature delaying in night, different fertilization and different hormone measures, the results showed that it had significant impacts on new buds germination and growth by different illumination, different fertilization and different hormone measures, under natural temperature condition in greenhouse (5-35~C). It had significant impact on flower bud germination and pedicel growth by treating with different fertilizer measures, NPK ratio and types of hormones. In the prophase of mature seeding flower bud differentiation (5-6 months), to enhance the proportion of potash fertilizer, it can increase the flower bud germination rate compared with
