不同基质菠萝杂交种子发芽育苗试验

【目的】探索理想的菠萝杂交种子发芽基质和育苗技术,为菠萝的规模杂交育种提供技术支撑。【方法】以菲律宾品种(母本)×澳大利亚无刺卡因(父本)杂交组合于2010年7月收获的菠萝杂交种子为材料,以MS基本培养基、滤纸和泥沙混合营养土为基质进行菠萝杂交种子发芽和育苗比较试验。【结果】以MS基本培养基为播种基质的处理成苗率最高,达30.9%,小苗生长健壮,小苗移植成活率达91.4%;以滤纸为播种基质的处理成苗率只有19.1%,小苗弱小,生长慢,小苗移植成活率为37.2%;以泥沙混合营养土为播种基质的处理成苗率为6.9%,小苗移植成活率为93.5%。【结论】采用MS基本培养基作播种基质的菠萝杂交种子发芽率...

[Objective]Ideal pineapple hybrid seeds germination medium and seedling production technology were explored for large-scale pineapple hybrid seed germination and seedling production.[Method]Pineapple hybrid seeds,harvested from the cross Philippines variety(female parent) × Australian Smooth Cayenne(male parent) in July 2010,were cultured in various media including MS basic culture medium,filter paper and nutritious soil mixture to compare germination and growth of seedling.[Result]Seedling emergence rate in MS medium treatment was recorded as the highest(30.9%) with vigorous seedlings.And transplant survival rate of these seedlings was 91.4%.Seedling emergence rate in filter paper treatment was only 19.1% with weak seedlings,and transplant survival rate was just 37.2%.Lastly,seedling rate of nutritious soil mixture treatment was 6.9% and transplant survival rate of seedling was 93.5%.[Conclusion]It was concluded that MS culture medi
