蝙蝠蛾幼虫拟青霉病菌的分离与鉴定及致病力研究
从长有粉状病原物的蝙蝠蛾幼虫虫体上分离、鉴定了一种真菌,并用分离的菌进行了致病力研究。结果表明,通过侵染后幼虫表现出所分离死虫虫体的病害症状,确定该菌为拟青霉病的病原物,经鉴定为粉拟青霉Paecilomyces farinosus;不同温度下致病力表明,该病在10~25℃、感病后7 d死亡率达50%以上,感病后21 d达96%以上,20℃条件下最适于该病的侵染发病。...

Notes | 44-1267/S In this paper,a fungus strain isolated and identificated from the Hepialus larva corpse.Then the research determinated the pathogenicity of the isolated fungus.The result indicated that the isolated fungus vaccinated the larva and then the larva displayed the same disease symptom,so the isolated fungus was the Paecilomyces disease pathogen.The pathogen was identified as Paecilomyces farinosus.Under the different temperature the pathogenicity indicated that the larvas’s mortality achieved 50% after the 7 d and more than 96% after 21d in 10~25℃.The disease was most suitable for infection under 20℃.
