碱性蛋白酶酶解波纹巴非蛤制备小分子肽

Moreover, the optimal conditions for enzymolysis of Paphia undulate were designed with response surface method. The resuhs showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: when the pH was 6.5, liquid-to-solid ratio was 3:1, enzyme loading was 2.50%, enzymolysis temperature was 50.4℃, enzymolysis time was 122.60 min, the extraction rate of micromolecule peptide was the highest, reached 63.04%. |
