连香树快速繁殖及生根过程中内源激素含量的测定

以种子为外植体对连香树的快速繁殖进行了研究,同时测定生根过程中内源激素含量的变化。结果表明:连香树种子的最佳消毒方法为0.1%升汞消毒6 min;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7.0g/L+pH 6.0;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7.0 g/L+pH 6.0;高浓度IAA,低浓度GA3、CTK、ABA有利于连香树组培苗不定根的形成。...

In this paper,the rapid propagation of Cercidiphyllum japonicum and the change of endogenous hormones in rooting culture were researched.The result showed that MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+GA3 1.0 mg/L+cane sugar 30 g/L+agar 7.0 g/L+pH 6.0 was optimum for multiplication;1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+cane sugar 30 g/L+agar 7.0 g/L+ pH 6.0 was optimum medium for root culture;the high level of IAA and low level of GA3,CTK,ABA can be in favor of rooting.
