凹唇壁蜂寄生螨安全防治药剂的筛选
本研究在实验室条件下对凹唇壁蜂Osmia excavata Alfken寄生螨的安全防治药剂进行筛选。通过玻片浸渍法和浸虫法分别室内测定了12种常用杀螨剂和4种常用试剂对凹唇壁蜂蜂茧、成蜂及其寄生螨Tortoniasp.的急性毒力。结果显示,常用药剂中的双甲脒、乳酸、次氯酸钠、冰乙酸杀螨效果较好而对壁蜂和蜂茧的杀伤力低,其对蜂螨的Lc50分别为81.81mg/L,0.06mg/L,0.14mg/L,0.34mg/L;对壁蜂成蜂的LC50分别为170.05mg/L,0.64mg/L,0.31mg/L,0.47mg/L;对蜂茧的LC50分别为5653.30mg/L,0.47mg/L,1.2mg,/...

Abstract_FL | In order to screen the safe chemicals for Osmia excavata Alfken against the parasitic mite in the laboratory,we conducted the toxicity measurement of 12 pesticides and 4 commonly used reagents to Osmia,its cocoons,and parasitic mite.Dicofol,lactic acid,sodium hypochlorite,and acetic acid were highly efficient against mite (LC50 =81.81 mg/L,0.06 mg/L,0.14 mg/L,0.34 mg/L respectively)and harmless to adult wasps (LC50 =170.05 mg/L,0.64 mg/L,0.31 mg/L,0.47 mg/L respectively).Amitraz,pyridaben,fenvalerate,lactic acid and acetic acid were safer against wasp cocoons (LC50 =5093.35 mg/L,0.47 mg/L,1.2 mg/L,0.59 mg/L respectively).Pyridaben hadgood effect to parasitic mite and had high security to wasp cocoons (LCs0 =7441.91 mg/L),but they were not safe to wasps (LCs0 =648.58 mg/L).Avermectin had a good effect to wasps,its cocoons and parasitic mites (LC50 =0.77 mg/L,122.66 mg/L,126.54 mg/L).We recommend to use amitraz,lactic acid,sodium hypochlorite and glacial acetic acid which are highly efficient against mite and harmless to adult wasps.It is recommended that the two pesticides are prohibited to use during the wasp emergence,pyridaben and dicofol can be used in the cocoons stage of wasp.Fenpyroximate,emamectin benzoate,fenvalerate and formic acid have a poor effect on mites and high effect on cocoons.Therefore,these pesticides are not recommended to be used.Avermectin can be used for preliminary treatment of the hive and wasp tubes. |
