管氏肿腿蜂对咖啡灭字脊虎天牛寄生作用的研究

咖啡灭字脊虎天牛是咖啡的重要蛀干害虫,主要为害小粒咖啡,对我国咖啡产业生产造成严重危害。利用天敌开展生物防治是控制天牛的重要措施,本试验利用天敌昆虫管氏肿腿蜂开展咖啡灭字脊虎天牛防治。结果表明:在室内寄生试验和实验室模拟防治试验中,管氏肿腿蜂寄生率最高可达到93.33%和61.18%;林间放蜂试验中,以单株罩笼放蜂法和隔株放蜂法防治效果最好,寄生率最高为38.38%和23.36%,明显高于中心放蜂法的12.69%;放蜂60d后防治效果最佳,放蜂时间间隔应以60—90d为宜。...

Abstract_FL Xylotrechus quadripes Chevrolat,major insect pest to coffee tree like Coffea arabica L.,is an important trunk borer,and causes serious harm to the production of coffee industry in China.In this paper,simulated tests of parasitizing and control effect of an external parasitic wasp Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu to control the wood borer X.quadripes in laboratory is studied.The conclusions indicated that parasitism rates of S.guani could reach 93.33% and 61.18%,respectively.The parasitism rates of releasing S.guani on singer tree in cage or on tree one after can reach 38.38% and 23.36% respectively,which were higher than 12.69% by releasing S.guani at the center of coffee forest..The control efficiency was the best with releasing S.guani for 60 days,and the appropriate durations of releasing was between 60 days and 90 days.
