湛江官渡近江牡蛎养殖水细菌群落的DGGE指纹分析
2011年3月-12月利用变性梯充凝胶电泳(denatured gradient gel elctrophoresis, DGGE)技术对湛江官渡地区近江特蛎(Crassostrea ariakensis)养殖水细菌群落花流水组成进行了监测研究。UPGAMA聚类分析显示3月-12月的样品细菌主要分属2大类群;多样性指数结果显示3月-7月细菌多样性高于8月-12月;系统发育分析显示牡蛎养殖区水体优势菌群主要由以下种群组成:未可培养的变形菌门(Proteobacteria)(α、γ、δ、ε)、未可培养的拟杆菌门(Bacterioidetes)、未可培养的疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobiae...
