电流互感器饱和对低压电动机保护的影响及对策

目前电动机综合保护装置被广泛应用于工业生产中,但由于电流互感器参数选型不当,在定子绕组短路电流过大时,电流互感器容易发生饱和而使电动机综合保护装置误动作。利用PSCAD软件,对低压电动机定子绕组故障时保护用电流互感器和电动机综合保护装置内微型电流互感器的性能进行仿真分析后,提出了在电动机保护装置的继保算法中加入三采样算法的措施,并借助Matlab/Simulink进行仿真验证。该措施克服了在电流互感器饱和的情况下,因傅里叶算法采样时间过长而造成电动机综合保护装置的主保护不能可靠动作的弊端,提高了低压电动机保护装置运行的安全可靠性。...

At present motor integrated protection device is widely used in industrial production. However, when stator winding short-circuit current is too large, it is easy to lead to the current transformer in saturation state thus cause the malfunction of the motor integrated protection device, because of the improper selection of parameters of current transformer.
