五电平H桥级联型STATCOM脉冲轮换控制策略研究

为改善采用载波同相层叠调制策略时五电平H桥级联型静止同步补偿器(Static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)输出电流的波形质量,提出一种直流侧电压平衡控制策略。基于STATCOM的控制原理阐述载波层叠调制策略下脉冲周期轮换的方法,分析脉冲轮换时序对各单元直流侧电压的影响,推导占空比变化量与各单元吸收功率的关系。以此为基础改进了脉冲轮换控制策略,该策略在脉冲周期轮换的基础上通过调整脉冲轮换时序的占空比来维持各单元直流侧电压平衡。通过对改进前后脉冲轮换控制策略仿真分析,结果表明改进的脉冲轮换控制策略能够有效地平衡直流侧电容电压。...

Abstract_FL In order to improve current quality of the 5-level cascaded H-bridge static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) based on carrier phase disposition pulse width modulation (PD-PWM), a control strategy aiming to balance the DC voltage is proposed. The STATCOM control system and the method of pulse cycle rotation based on PD-PWM are described. The influence that the pulse rotation time sequence exerts on DC side voltage of each H-bridge module is analyzed. Relation between duty ratio of the pulse rotation time sequence and positive power absorbed by the H-bridge module is deduced. Based on this, an improved pulse rotation control strategy which can adjust the duty ratio of pulse rotation time sequence to balance the DC side voltage of each H-bridge module is put forward. The simulations of the pulse cycle rotation and the improved strategy are analyzed based on STATCOM system. The simulation results verify the validity of the improved strategy.
