Abstract_FL This paper aims to solve the problems of intelligent substation process layer network devices over relying on the synchronous network, and the mutual interference between two SMV packets, between SVM and GOOSE packets as well as between two GOOSE packets. Through realizing delay measured technology and business traffic management technology, two major problems existing process layer network are effectively solved. Delay measure technique realizes time synchronization by using the delay value carried by GOOSE, SMV packets through switch. Traffic management technology is used to solve the problem of mutual interference of process level network packets through the flow control method of destination MAC address.
