尿酸是嘌呤在人体内代谢的最终产物,如果人们长期食用嘌呤含量高的食物或者不新鲜的各种肉类,使人体尿酸失衡,就容易导致血液中尿酸过高,引发一系列健康问题。本实验制备了一种新型Cd2In2S5纳米晶,将Cd2In2S5纳米晶与丝网印刷碳柔性电极结合,所得电极可用于尿酸检测。可通过检测尿酸含量来监测人体健康状况以及判断肉类新鲜程度。本实验创新性的将神奇的纳米材料走向市场,让中小学生、大学生、社会人群都能明白尿酸检测原理。实验所用材料便宜易得,操作简单,可实现尿酸的居家检测。...

Abstract_FL Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism in the human body.Prolonged consumption of high-purine foods or various meats that are not fresh can lead to imbalance of uric acid in the body,resulting in high levels of uric acid in the blood and triggering a series of health problems.In this experiment,a novel Cd2In2S5 nanocrystal was prepared and combined with a screen-printed carbon flexible electrode for uric acid detection.Monitoring uric acid content can be used to assess human health and determine the freshness of meat.This experiment innovatively brings nano materials to the market,enabling elementary and secondary school students,university students,and the general public to understand the principles of uric acid detection.The materials used in the experiment are inexpensive and readily available,with simple operation,enabling home uric acid testing.
