Background:  Insomnia and other sleep disturbances are common, persistent, and associated with relapse in alcohol‐dependent patients. The purpose of this pilot study was to compare gabapentin versus placebo for the treatment of insomnia and prevention of relapse in alcohol‐dependent patients. Method...
