This paper introduced the connotation and characteristics of embedded library service under the background of subject service, and analyzed the problems existing in university library＇s embedded service, and then discussed the embedded reference service models in detail, including embedded site consulting model, embedded real-time query mode, embedded consulting knowledge base mode, embedded wechat mode and embedded BBS consulting mode.
