Three-dimensional computer images of Morgagni hernia

An emergency laparotomy demonstrated that the distal stomach and the first portion of the duodenum were beyond the liver and had herniated into the right thorax through a 6 cm in diameter diaphragmatic defect, which was the Morgagni foramen behind the right side of the sternum (Fig. 4).
