Summary:Primary mucosal malignant melanoma (PMML) of the larynx continues to be a rare entity. To date, there are few cases reported in the world literature consisting of mainly isolated case reports and literature reviews. The patient is well without any evidence of local recurrence or metastasis three years and four months from presentation.
