Bone marrow transplantation for lysosomal diseases
Lysosomal storage diseases, mostly seen in children, are generally caused by inherited defects in specific lysosomal hydrolases. The findings of a retrospective analysis of bone marrow transplantation in children with various storage diseases are explored.
