Abstract | We propose a new hierarchical heuristic algorithm for multi-objective flexible job-shop scheduling problems. The proposed method is an adaptation of the Newton’s method for continuous multi-objective unconstrained optimization problems, belonging to the class of multi-criteria descent methods.
