A series of silver-doped vanadium phosphorus oxides (Ag-VPO) catalysts were prepared by in situ synthesis, the catalytic tests showed that silver component significantly increased the overall activity for the oxidation of styrene by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP).
