Abstract On page 4343, P.‐Y. Chiou and co‐workers demonstrate a novel tunnel dielectrophoresis (TDEP) mechanism for continuously tunable, sheathless, 3D, and single‐stream microparticle as well as cell focusing in high‐speed flows in regular physiological buffers. Particles and cells showing negative DEP responses can be focused at the electric field minimum location regardless of their types and sizes.
