Starting from a deeply challenging experience of early embodied countertransference in a first encounter with a new patient, the author explores the issues it raised. Such moments highlight projective identification as well as what Stone (2006) has described as ‘embodied resonance in the countertransference’. In these powerful experiences linear time and subject boundaries are altered, and this leads to central questions about analytic work. As well as discussing the uncanny experience at the very beginning of an analytic encounter and its challenges for the analytic field, the author considers ‘the time horizon of analytic process’ (Hogenson ), the relationship between ‘moments of complexity and analytic boundaries’ (Cambray ) and the role of mirror neurons in intersubjective experience. TRANSLATIONS OF ABSTRACT A partir d’une expérience profondément troublante d’un contretransfert précoce et corporel dans la première rencontre avec un nouveau patient, l’auteur explore les questions que cette expérience soulève. De tels moments soulignent l’identification projective ainsi que ce que Stone (2006) a décrit comme la ‘résonnance incarnée dans le contretransfert’. Dans ces expériences puissantes le temps linéaire et les limites du sujet sont altérées, et cela soulève des questions majeures concernant le travail analytique. L’auteur discute l’expérience mystérieuse de ce tout début de rencontre analytique et ses défis pour le champ analytique, ainsi que ‘l’horizon temporel du processus analytique’ (Hogenson, 2007), la relation entre les ‘moments de complexité et le cadre analytique’ (Cambray, 2011) et le rôle des neurones miroirs dans l’expérience intersubjective. Ausgehend von der massiv herausfordernden Erfahrung einer frühen verkörperlichten Gegenübertragung beim ersten Kontakt mit einem neuen Patienten untersucht der Autor die dadurch aufgeworfenen Fragen. Dergleichen Momente markieren sowohl eine projektive Identifikation wie auch das, was Stone (2006) als 'verkörperlichte Resonanz in der Gegenübertragung' beschrieben hat. In diesen mächtigen Erfahrungen werden die Linearität der Zeit und die subjektiven Grenzen verändert und das führt zur zentralen Frage der analytischen Arbeit. Neben der Schilderung der unheimlichen Erfahrung am Beginn der analytischen Begegnung und deren Herausforderungen für das Gebiet der Analyse betrachtet der Autor 'den Zeithorizont des analytischen Prozesses' (Hogenson, 2007), die Beziehung von 'Momenten der Komplexität und analytischen Grenzen' (Cambray, 2011) und der Rolle von Spiegelneuronen in intersubjektiver Erfahrung. Partendo da una esperienza profondamente destabilizzante in un primo incontro con un nuovo paziente, l'autrice esplora i temi che ne vengono toccati. Questi momenti evidenziano il meccanismo dell'identificazione proiettiva e ciò che Stone (2006) ha descritto come ‘risonanza corporea nel controtransfert’. In questi momenti potenti vengono alterati l'esperienza del tempo lineare e dei confini soggettivi, e questo pone interrogativi centrali sul lavoro analitico. L'autrice, discutendo di una esperienza misteriosa proprio all'inizio di un incontro analitico e delle sfide che questa pone al campo analitico, prende in considerazione ‘l'orizzonte temporale del processo analitico’ (Hogenson, 2007), la relazione tra ‘momenti di complessità e confini analitici’ (Cambray, 2011) ed il ruolo dei neuroni specchio nell'esperienza intersoggettiva. La autora explora ciertas cuestiones que emergieron a partir de una experiencia profundamente desafiante de contratransferencia corporizada en un primer encuentro con un paciente. Semejantes momentos reflejan el mecanismo de identificación proyectiva, así como lo que Stone (2006) ha descripto como ‘resonancia corporizada en la contratransferencia’. En estas fuertes experiencias tanto el tiempo lineal como los límites subjetivos se ven alterados, y esto conduce a preguntas centrales respecto del trabajo analítico.
