Nanog gene: Genomic organization and expression in the vole Microtus rossiaemeridionalis

A study isolated, cloned and sequenced the genomic copy and cDNA of the Nanog gene of the vole Microtus rossiaemeridionalis and studied its exonintron structure and expression. Data found that Nanog can be used as a genetic marker in obtaining ESCs of voles of the genus Microtus.
