Summary: | The urodynamic records of patients who presented with voiding symptoms and/or incontinence, and who had areflexia after conal-cauda equina injury (33) or a radical pelvic operation (31) were examined. In contrast to reported experimental and clinical evidence, we found a higher prevalence of decreased compliance in the patients who had undergone a radical pelvic operation than in those who had sustained conal-cauda equina injury. |
