| Abstract | The aim of this article is to study the issues of inclusiveness in Ukraine and analyse the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Environment regarding its consistency with the facts of life in Ukraine. It analyses the National Strategy and singles out its specific features, key elements, and main aims in creating a barrier-free environment in Ukraine.
